Kshivaay complies with applicable Indian export regulations, including DGFT, APEDA, and FSSAI where applicable.

The Client is responsible for import permits, destination-country regulations, and customs clearance at the destination.
Force Majeure
Kshivaay shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or port disruptions.
Limitation of Liability

Kshivaay’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.

Under no circumstances shall Kshivaay be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Confidentiality
All commercial, pricing, and technical information exchanged between the parties shall be treated as confidential unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Amendments
Kshivaay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall be applicable to all future transactions.
