Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).

Order cancellation after confirmation may result in recovery of costs incurred, including procurement, processing, and logistics expenses.
Delivery & Risk Transfer

Delivery shall be completed as per the agreed Incoterms®.

Risk and title to goods shall pass to the Client as per the applicable Incoterms®.

Kshivaay shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, or force majeure events.
Inspection & Claims

Inspection, if required, must be conducted before shipment at the origin.

Any claim regarding quantity or quality must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods at destination, supported by independent surveyor reports.

Claims raised beyond this period shall not be entertained.
