• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless stated otherwise.
• Any change in government policies, freight rates, or statutory duties may result in price revision.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms shall be as agreed in the commercial offer or contract (Advance, LC, DP, DA, etc.).
• All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the stipulated timeline.
• Delayed payments may attract interest at a mutually agreed rate or prevailing commercial rates.
